I acknowledge Hites Travel (aka Immerse Retreat) will not be liable for any injuries to clients while traveling or during the retreat I acknowledge that I am responsible for all payments for hotels, vendors, suppliers, activities, transportation, food and beverages. I acknowledge Hites Travel (aka Immerse Retreat) is not responsible for any flight, delays, cancellations, changes or weather inconveniences that my effect the length of this retreat or your ability to participate in certain activities. I acknowledge if I decided to cancel retreat attendance, I am subject to the cancelation policies of each supplier (hotels, tour, etc.) – respectively. I will pay supplier penalties for cancellations according each supplier’s guidelines.
